What do I need to rent a car?

The following items are required:

  • Valid driver's license in Japan
    *International Driver's License: Booklet type issued by a member country of the Geneva Convention
　　  *Foreign driver's license：Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Taiwan,+ Japanese translation issued by a recognized institution
  • Passport
If you make a reservation through the Toyota Rent-a-Car official website, advance payment by credit card is required.
